The DVDs offer a one-time purchase of core workouts, while the DDPY App provides a subscription-based experience with over 500 workouts, nutrition tracking, motivational content, and weekly live-streamed classes.

Do I need any special equipment to start DDP Yoga?

All you really need is a yoga mat and a heart rate monitor. We also recommend yoga blocks and a strap if you are working on your flexibility, but they are not required to begin.

How long does shipping take for physical products?

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 14-21 business days depending on local customs.

What is your return policy for apparel and mats?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital subscriptions and opened DVD sets are non-refundable.

Absolutely. DDP Yoga is designed for every body. We offer specific programs like 'Rebuild' and 'Chair Force' specifically designed for those who have difficulty standing or limited range of motion.

You can manage your subscription directly through the DDPY website or your mobile app store settings (iOS/Android). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
