Returns & Exchanges

At DDP Yoga, we want to ensure you have the best tools for your fitness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical merchandise, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused apparel or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
